How to navigate and understand your Sentree HVAC data in AlertAQ.

Updated over a month ago

Using Sentree with AlertAQ™ gives you the historical runtime data on the connected outdoor condenser. The Sentree will record the Pressures, Line and Ambient Temperatures, Amperage, Superheat and Subcool.

This data can help you monitor how healthy a customer’s system is while also alerting you of a potential issue before their Cooling system fails.

Reviewing the Data

Here's how to view the runtime data of a Sentree:

Step 1: Log in and select Graphs

Within AlertAQ™, select the Graphs section on the left side bar.

Step 2: Find the property

Search for the property the Sentree is installed into in the Graphs dropdown list.

Step 3: Click the HVAC tab

You’ll be brought directly to the HVAC graph for the page. If this location has any Water Monitoring sensors (like Flowie-O or Floodies), you’ll need to select HVAC at the top to see the HVAC data.

Step 4: Pick a date range

To see a specific date range of data, you can use the Timeframe Presents at the top for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or a year.

To see a date range of data or using the presets at the top, you can view 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or a year. If you’d like to see a specific date range, click on the Date at the top and select for dates.

Reading the Graphs

The data gets more combined the larger the date range. Zoom in with your mouse wheel to see more precise data.

The top Graph will show you the Temperatures on the Liquid and Vapor Lines, the calculated Superheat and Subcool, the Ambient temperature at the Condenser and the local weather station data for the area.

The Bottom Graph will display the Pressures on the Liquid and Vapor Line. Along with the Amperage draw for each Cooling call.

To view the data for a time frame, simply hover your mouse over a section in the graph, and a popup will appear with all the recorded info.

If you need to quickly view the Condenser information while troubleshooting using the data, select blue button at the top right of the graphs.

A new side bar on the right will appear with all the system info entered for the outdoor unit.
