You can enter water costs at either the organization level or the location level.
Water costs entered at the organization level will affect all locations and sensors, while water costs entered at the location level will only affect the sensors at that specific location.

1. Login to AlertAQ:
2. Go to the bottom of the left panel and click on Settings.
3. Click on the dropdown arrow next to Organization Settings to expand the section.
4. Scroll down to find the Water Costs section.
5. Click on Edit Water Costs to enter or update the water cost information for your organization.
6. A right side panel will open up.
7. Here you can select Single or tiered rates based on your water bill and fill the information.
8. Click on Save

1. Login to AlertAQ
2. Go to the left panel and click on Locations.
3. Click on the location for which you want to enter the water costs. This will open a right-side panel.
4. Click on the three-dotted icon (ellipsis) next to View Sensors.
5. Click on View Settings.
6. Open the collapsible section labeled Building Settings.
7. Scroll down to find the Water Costs section.
8. Click on Edit Water Costs to enter or update the water cost information for the selected location.
9. A right side panel will open up.
10. Here you can select Single or tiered rates based on your water bill and fill the information.
11. Click on Save
