How to Remotely Actuate your Shuttie
You can toggle the Shuttie on or off by selecting that Shuttie from the Sensors list, then using the 'Turn off' or 'Turn on' buttons in the side panel that pops up for that sensor.
Here's how to do that step by step:
Navigate to the "Sensors" tab on the main navigation panel.
From the Sensors tab, search for and select the Shuttie that you want to toggle off or on. Click on that Shuttie in the list of sensors to open the Details side panel.
Within that side panel you will see buttons to 'Turn off' or 'Turn on' - click 'Turn off' to close the Shuttie and shut off the water. You can click 'Turn on' to reopen the Shuttie and turn water back on.

How to Manually Actuate your Shuttie
If you're not able send a close or open command to your Shuttie through the AlertAQ platform for any reason, you can trigger it manually.
Shuttie (Battery)
There is an orange button on the top of Shuttie (Battery).
Press and hold the orange button for 5 seconds to trigger the Shuttie to actuate; i.e. change from opened to closed or from closed to opened.

Shuttie (Plug In)
There is a black, manual override button on top of the Shuttie (Plug In) potentiometer. Press the button down firmly. There is an optional clip on the side of the button that will hold it down for you if you want to use both hands to pull the lever.
While holding down the button, manually pull the handle to turn the valve to the fully closed or fully open position.
