How to prioritize locations from the Overview Page

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The Overview page in the AlertAQ™ Platform keeps you informed about what's happening at your properties. View different levels of your account (organizations, folders, buildings, zones) at a glance to help analyze and prioritize which properties need your attention most.

Top Locations

Top Locations provides a quick look at locations with active alerts to ensure a timely and effective response. The AlertAQ™ Overview Page will display up to five locations with the highest number of alerts. If you have ongoing Water alerts, Top Locations will default to the "Water" tab. If you do not have any ongoing Water alerts, it will select the "All" tab to show the Top Alert Locations.

How to Change your View:

  • Select "All" for a high-level view of all active alerts.

  • Toggle to the "Water" tab to focus on water-related alerts.

Whether viewing the Water or All tab, the Top Locations tile displays both the folder and building levels.

  • If you are viewing a folder, click on the line to navigate to that folder's detailed Overview page.

  • If you are viewing a building, click on the line to go directly to the Alerts page for that building. There, you can access more detailed information about the specific alerts affecting that building.

Top Leak Locations

With Top Leak Locations, you can focus specifically on water-related alert. This setting will highlight your Top Leak Locations for the following alerts:

  • Leak alerts

  • High Water Usage alerts

  • Unoccupied Usage alerts

The volume of water will display in your account's unit preference. If a folder or building has multiple of the same type of alert active, the volume is shown as sum total of the usage.

Please note - Floods are not included in this tile, but those can be viewed just to the left on the Overview Page:

Top Alert Locations

This view gives you a quick glance at your Top Locations with any active alerts, allowing you to prioritize and manage them efficiently.

Due to the variety of different types of alerts available, not all alerts types will be completely written out. In those cases, you'll see an addition to the end, such as "+ 2 more". You can click on that location as a quick link to the Alerts page and see more detailed information about its ongoing alerts.
