View your subscriptions in one place

Billing Managers can view subscription details directly in AlertAQ™.

You’ll find this Subscriptions Tab under Account > Subscription.


The Subscriptions tab provides clear visibility into your active subscriptions, payment status, recent invoices, and which sensors are covered—including warranty information.

  • Quickly check the status and payment details of your subscriptions

  • See which sensors are linked to each subscription

  • Download recent invoices

  • View warranty status for covered devices


Who has access to see subscription information?

Subscriptions are shown at the Organizational level. To be able to view subscription details your account must:

  • have a Billing Manager role on an Organization in AlertAQ™

  • be shared to the majority of the locations within the subscription

Organization creators will automatically receive the Billing Manager role for the account. If you have questions about how to optimize your account set up, please reach out to your Alert Labs rep or contact our Support Team.

What information is shown in the Subscriptions tab?

For each subscription listed in the table, you'll be able to view:

  • the subscription ID as it appears on Alert Labs invoices

  • the primary address, as set up to receive invoices for that subscription

  • the number of sensors within that subscription

  • the recurring subtotal. This does not include taxes or administrative fees and may be subject to change at any time prior to the next renewal

  • the upcoming renewal date

  • the subscription status: active or terminated

  • the status of the most recent invoices issued

Click on subscription line to open the Details side panel. From there, you'll be able to download the CSV list of sensors covered by that subscription, as well as PDF copies of your most recent invoices.

Is this information shown anywhere else?

For users with Billing Manager, Admin, and/or Editor roles, we've also added warranty and subscription information to the Sensor Details side panel.

How do I gain access?

How can I add someone else to view the subscriptions?

  • To invite new users to an account with Subscription access, you must have a Billing role and Admin role in AlertAQ™.
