Shuttie Schedule Mode

Set a schedule for Shuttie to turn off your water outside of business hours

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Take control of water flow at your properties with new Shuttie Schedule Mode in AlertAQ™. Set a recurring schedule to automatically turn off water flow outside of business hours with Alert Labs Shuttie automatic water shut-off valves and AlertAQ™.

Only users with an Admin or Editor role may enable Schedule Mode.

A "Viewer with Shuttie" role will be able to manually override the current Shuttie status if needed, but cannot alter the set schedule.

Setting Up Schedule Mode

  • Find and select your Shuttie in the AlertAQ™ Sensors page.

  • A new side bar on the right will appear with Sensor Details. Scroll down and click "Settings".

  • Expand the Sensor Settings section. Schedule Mode for your Shutties will be set to "Off" by default. Click "On" to enable this feature and set your schedule.

  • When enabling the Schedule Mode, you'll receive a pop-up. To proceed, you'll need to read the warning and agree to the risks of auto-shutoff.

  • To start creating your Shuttie schedule,

    • Click "Add Schedule".

    • Select Open / Close from the dropdown.

    • Check the days of the week you'd like that action to be applied to.

    • Choose the time of day.

    • Repeat as needed, making sure that there is an open for every close.

  • Remember to hit the "Save" button at the bottom of the page when complete.
