Alert Labs is retiring Sentree. Service and support will end on June 30, 2027.
We stopped selling Sentree in 2025, and we're now winding down its service. After June 30, 2027, Sentree will no longer connect to the AlertAQ™ platform. You won't receive alerts or see air conditioner system data in AlertAQ™ after that date.
We know a change like this takes some planning, so this article walks you through what to expect, how to save your data, and what to do if you have other Alert Labs sensors.

Save a copy of your data
To keep a copy of your historical data, log in to AlertAQ™ before June 30, 2027.
The information will be unavailable after that date.
Alerts history
To download the history of your Sentree alerts,
Select the Alerts page from the left navigation bar.
Click the down arrow on the Download button.
Choose Advanced Export and select up to a year of data, available as an Excel or CSV export.
Click the "Export" button when ready.
Sensor details
Select the Sensors page from the left navigation bar.
Click the Download button at the top right of the table.
This will download an Excel file of all the Sensors currently showing on the page. If you're missing any, make sure your list isn't filtered by a search or by location trail at the top.
Location details
Select the Locations page from the left navigation bar.
Click the Download button at the top right of the table.
This will download an Excel file of all the Locations currently showing on the page. If you're missing any, make sure your list isn't filtered by a search or by location trail at the top.
Insights Graphs - Temperature, Pressure & Amperage history
Select the Insights page from the left navigation bar.
If there are multiple locations, select the one with the Sentree data you'd like to save.
Choose the HVAC tab.
Use the date selector, or quick-pick date filters beside it, to display up to a year of data.
Save a screenshot using your preferred program.
Subscriptions and billing
Your Sentree subscription will not be billed after June 2026, and service continues until Sentree retires on June 30, 2027. No action is needed on your part — your subscription will end automatically.
Companion sensors
Some Alert Labs sensors use a Sentree to send their data to AlertAQ™. If yours do, they will lose connection when Sentree service ends. Companion sensors include Floodie, Humie, Shuttie, and Flowie O.
To keep these sensors active and reporting, you can add an Alert Labs Sensor Relay at your property. Contact our Support Team to get started.
