To use Alert Labs sensors you must have a functional municipal water meter at your property. The meter should be compatible. But you can check it's compatibility by reaching out to Support at hello@alertlabs.com or by using chat support.

The Sensor Relay needs to be plugged in for power and needs to be within 200ft from the Flowie-O water meter sensor. The Flowie-O uses batteries, so it doesn't need a power outlet.

Your property must have good cell reception in order for the relay to communicate. This cellular connectivity is crucial for real-time monitoring and instant alerts.
