What does that mean?
The commercial analytics and alerts from Alert Labs will help you identify and notify about water leaks in your property. These leak alerts not only provide the current leak rate but also a forecasted leak rate, so you can quickly address the issue. Our system aids in the identifying and prioritizing areas contributing to water waste, so you can reduce your water bills.
To view the calibration status for each sensor, navigate to the Sensors tab in the left panel. There you can see the Calibration column with the current status. Calibrated devices will have a green checkmark that says calibrated right next to it.
Current Leak Rate
Alert Labs identifies the current ongoing leak rate to help you understand the problem as volume or cost per minute.
Leak Totals
Alert Labs calculates the total leak amount of your water usage on the Water page to understand how much water has been wasted since the leak was detected.
Leak Threshold
Under settings you should be able to set the leak rate threshold for alerts in your preferred units per minute. To do so:
Navigate to Settings in the right side panel of your Alert Labs account.
Select the building or property you want to modify the leak rate threshold for.
Scroll down to the 'Water Alerts' section.
Adjust the leak rate threshold according to your preferred units per minute.
Save your changes.
