Activating Your Floodie:
Remove the pull tab from your Floodie.
Once connected, the light will turn green for 20 seconds and then turn off.
Testing for Flood Simulation:
Test your Floodie by checking for a blue light. Use a kitchen knife or anything that metal and conductive to connect both metal contacts simultaneously, simulating a flood.
The indicator light should illuminate in blue.
Installation:
Remove the installation sticker from your Floodie.
Place your Floodie on the floor or affix it to the wall, ensuring that the metal contacts are against the floor.
Registration:
Sign in at AlertAQ or using the Alert Labs App.
Select "Add Sensor" to register your Floodie with the provided serial number.
