Updated over 2 years ago

You have control to manually set the high and low values for Superheat and Subcool alerting for each Sentree in your install base. The settings can be found under Sensor Settings.

Recent History

On the recent history graph you will see flagged cycles (red) as well as when the event started and when any alerts would be sent (shaded bar).

Auto vs Manual Thresholds

Auto will continue to use our advanced algorithms that take into account details about the unit like refrigerant, metering type, and size. Manual simply considers the high and low value you have set.

Cooling State

The high and low values set in manual are used only once the unit is running in a steady cooling state, not when the unit is idle. It won’t flag during start up or shut down.

Turn Alerts ON/OFF

All alert types are ON by default. You may choose not to be sent a specific alert type for a unit at all. You can do this by setting the alert toggle to off.

Please note that if you turn off alerts completely, they will still appear on the Recent History graph, but you will not be notified.
