Understanding Your Sentree Data
Updated over a week ago

Once you’ve installed your sensors, you’ll need to Register Your Company & Sensors. From the moment they're registered, we'll be keeping an eye on your property and will let you know if there's anything of concern. So you never have to look at the Dashboard again, if you don't want to...

... but if you're like us and love playing with minute-by-minute data, here are some things that you should know.

  • Your properties will be listed on the main page

  • Click on the location you'd like to view

  • A summary of your sensors will be shown

  • Click on the usage tile, temperature, or sensors for more details

SENTREE READINGS

  • The top chart shows live gauge data from the cooling system. When viewing it, this data is refreshed every 15 seconds

  • The system information that was entered upon install will display along the left side of this tile

  • After viewing the gauge data for several minutes, Sentree will settle into a slower reporting mode of once every 5 minutes. Clicking “Get Live Data” will force it to report every 15 seconds again.

  • Recent history flags issues that Sentree has identified.

  • The bright red dots display the times when Sentree identified abnormal system measurements

  • The shaded bar behind begins once the system is confident an issue exists and will continue until a normal and issue-free cooling cycle is completed

  • The interactive bar charts display the history of each system health indicator that Sentree monitors.

  • Use the Day, Week, Month, Quarter, and Year views in the top left to target your date range
