Registering Your New Sensor

This guide will help you register a new sensor in the AlertAQ™ Platform. The steps are quick and simple. Follow along with these steps:

Start by logging in to the AlertAQ™ Platform or AlertAQ™ app. Enter your username and password in the required fields and click on the "Login" button. You will need to create an account if you do not yet have one.

Once you're logged in, find the Sensors menu on the left side of the screen. Click on "Sensors" to open the this screen.

In the Sensors screen, you'll see an "Add Sensor" option near the top right corner. Click on it to start the sensor registration process.

You'll then need to enter the serial number of the sensor you want to register. You can also scan the QR code for the serial number if it's available. Enter the serial number in the provided field.

After entering the serial number, follow the registration prompts on the screen. These prompts will guide you through the rest of the registration process.

Note: If you have not yet created a property or location, you'll be prompted to do so during the sensor registration process.

Once you've registered the Sensor Relay, you can register additional companion devices, such as the Flowie-O or Floodie, by following the same steps. Remember, you'll need to register each device separately using its serial number.
