How to Fill Out "Property Settings" in the Alert Labs Legacy Dashboard
Here's how to fill out the "Property Settings" on the Alert Labs Legacy Dashboard. This guide is only for the original Alert Labs Dashboard, and not AlertAQ. These steps will not work for users on the AlertAQ portal.
1: Login to Alert Labs Legacy Dashboard
Begin by logging into the Alert Labs Legacy Dashboard. Ensure your username and password are ready for this.
2: Access the Properties Tab
After you're logged in, find the Properties tab at the top, and click on it.
3: Select your Property
Go ahead and select the property you want to update information for.
4: Navigate to Property Settings
Here, you have two ways to reach "Property Settings":
Click the settings gear icon to the left of the Property name.
OR select the property and click on "Property Settings" which should be located to the right of the property name.
5: Fill Out Property Information
In the "Property Settings" page, shown above, you should input as much information as possible. Within the "Occupancy" section, provide details about the number of people and suites within your building.
Also, be sure to spend a few minutes examining the operating costs we're using for your property. If these costs don't align with your latest water bill, update them here.
6: Save and Move On
After "Property Settings" are all filled out, you might want to visit the next property. To do this, simply click on the orange drop-down bar in the topmost right corner to select another property.
