Where's the serial number?

In order to complete your sensor registration, you'll need to know the serial number of your sensors.

Each Alert Labs sensor has its serial number listed in three locations:

  1. On the cardboard box that your sensor arrived in

  2. On the instructional sticker that arrives attached to your sensor

  3. On or inside the sensor (see specific sensor examples below for location)

Flowie

Serial numbers are twelve digits long; the first two digits are letters, and the remainder are numbers. Flowie serial numbers begin with the letter W.

Location 1:
On the cardboard box it arrived in

Location 2:
On the instructional sticker that arrives attached to your sensor

Location 3:
On the bottom of the sensor, near the serial code

Flowie- O

Serial numbers are twelve digits long; the first two digits are letters, and the remainder are numbers. Flowie-O serial numbers begin with the letter E.

Location 1:
On the cardboard box it arrived in

Location 2:
On the bottom of the sensor, near the serial code

Sensor Relay

Serial numbers are twelve-digits long; the first two digits are letters, and the remainder are numbers. Sensor Relay serial numbers begin with the letter C.

Location 1:
On the cardboard box it arrived in

Location 2:
On the sticker attached beneath to your sensor

Location 3:
On the Sticker attached at the side of the sensor

Floodie

Serial numbers are twelve-digits long; the first two digits are letters, and the remainder are numbers. Floodie serial numbers begin with the letter L.

Location 1:
On the cardboard box it arrived in

Location 2:
On the instructional sticker that arrives attached to your sensor

Location 3:
Inside the sensor, just above the batteries
