How can I initiate a return?
All orders have a 30-day return policy from when the order was created.
If you purchased an Alert Labs home sensor through a third party, please contact the seller directly to apply for their return policy.
Return Terms
Products must be returned in resalable condition, with all accessories included, and an authorization number provided by the Support Team to qualify for a refund. Shipping fees (including shipping, handling, and customs) are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. We recommend selecting a trusted carrier with reliable tracking. Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
