Why do I need to take pictures of my Sentree?

Here's why we request installation photos for Sentree installations.

During your registration we ask for two images.

License label for condenser unit

In addition to the condenser information that we ask you to enter during registration, we request a picture of the label itself. Please make sure that the license fills the frame of the picture and that all information is clearly visible.
The additional information on the label isn't necessary for the set up of our system, but can be very useful to us for troubleshooting.

Overall installation

We'll use the installation photo to double-check the positioning of the sensor and other attachments to make sure that you're getting the best reading possible. It's also helpful to have in case you're ever in need of technical support.

This picture should contain the entire installation, including the condenser, wall-mounted Sentree, and pressure sensors. It's especially helpful if you're able to take the picture before you replace the service panel.
