The AlertAQ™ Water & A/C Intelligence Platform sends notifications as emails, SMS, mobile app push notifications, and voice calls (flood alerts only).
To enable or disable notifications:
AlertAQ
Log into the AlertAQ Platform
Click "Account" from the left side panel
Select the "Notifications" tab
Use the toggles to select your preferred methods
Alert Labs mobile app (iOS and Android)
Launch the AlertAQ mobile app
Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner
Tap "Account"
Select the "Notifications" tab
Use the toggles to select your preferred methods
