The AlertAQ™ Water & A/C Intelligence Platform sends notifications as emails, SMS, mobile app push notifications, and voice calls (flood alerts only).
To enable or disable notifications:
AlertAQ
Log into the AlertAQ Platform
Click the Account Name initials tab at the bottom of the right-side panel.
Click "View Account " from the left side panel
Select the "Notifications" tab
Alert Labs mobile app (iOS and Android)
Launch the AlertAQ™ mobile app
Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top right corner
Tap "Account"
Select the "Notifications" tab
Use the toggles to select your preferred methods
