If you've received an alert that your Shuttie valve has become stuck, we recommend manually intervening to make sure that there's no unintentional water usage happening at your property.
Press and hold the orange button for 5 seconds. The valve will actuate upon release.
If that doesn't work, remove the Shuttie from the pipe. Then override the position in one of two ways:
Use the T-shaped key that came in the box to turn the adapter, or
Remove the mount and turn the valve with a wrench
Once the valve is back in its proper position, reinstall Shuttie.
