Registering Your New Sensor

This guide will help you register a new sensor in the Alert Labs Legacy dashboard. (Does your dashboard interface not match this guide? Check out our guide for the AlertAQ Dashboard here instead!) The process is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:

First, you need to log in to your Alert Labs Legacy dashboard. Enter your username and password in the required fields and click on the "Login" button. You will need to create an account if you do not yet have one.

After logging in, you will see the main dashboard. Look for the "Sensors" menu at the top navigation bar and click on it.

In the Sensors screen, you will see the "Add Sensor" option. Click on it.

On the next screen, you will be asked to enter the serial number of the Sensor Relay. Type the serial number in the provided field.

Once you've entered the serial number, follow the registration prompts. These will guide you through the rest of the registration process.

Note: If you have not yet created a property or location, you'll need to during the sensor registration process.

After registering the Sensor Relay on your dashboard, you can register additional companion sensor such as the Flowie-O or Floodie by following steps 1-5 of this guide.
