The Sensor Relay comes with a rechargeable backup battery, so it can keep running during a power outage or unplugging. When you see an alert about a drained battery, this means that the Relay has been unplugged and its backup battery has been expended.
Locate Your Sensor Relay
Check if the Sensor Relay has been unplugged from the power source.
If the Sensor Relay was unplugged, connect it back to power. The Relay and its backup battery will start to recharge as soon as it's plugged in.
Once the backup battery is recharged, the drained battery notification should disappear.
