What is a Humie?

Humie is a smart device that measures how much moisture is in the air and how warm or cool it is. It's great for remote monitoring of both commercial and multi-residential properties. This device helps prevent mold and property damage by alerting when the air gets damp or the temperature changes too much.

Who Benefits from Humie?

Humie works with the AlertAQ portal and other Alert Labs sensors. It's perfect for those who want to protect buildings from mold, track temperature changes, and avoid damage from extreme weather.

Easy Installation

You don't need to be a tech expert to set up Humie. It's easy to put it on a flat surface or hang it on a wall where you might worry about mold or where temperatures could go too high or too low. This could be in homes, machine rooms, places under construction, homes for the elderly, schools, and more. Humie connects through an Alert Labs cell sensor (like the Sensor Relay) and doesn't need extra tools or WiFi to start working.

Top-Notch Performance

Humie keeps an eye on the air around it all the time. If it notices that the air is too moist or dry, or that the temperature has gone up or down past what you've set as the limit, it tells the AlertAQ system. Then, AlertAQ quickly sends a message by text, email, or through the app to let the right people know exactly what's going on.

This proactive monitoring by Humie and the AlertAQ portal helps maintain optimal conditions, protecting the integrity of buildings and the well-being of their occupants.
