All your invoices, one date
Alert Labs has moved all customers with multiple subscriptions to a unified billing date. Instead of receiving invoices on different dates throughout the year, all your subscriptions will now renew on a single date. You'll still receive a separate invoice for each subscription — they'll just all arrive on the same date.
The AlertAQ™ platform and Alert Labs products have subscriptions that renew every year on the anniversary of the purchase date. Customers with multiple subscriptions previously had many renewal dates throughout the year.
With a single renewal date, you can simplify your billing and accounting processes and make it easier to manage your subscriptions.
How do I request a different billing date?
If you'd prefer a different renewal date than the one we've assigned, simply email us at invoices@alertlabs.com. Keep in mind that depending on the date you choose, a pro-rated adjustment may be owed.

Alert Labs will assign your new renewal date.
If your new renewal date is BEFORE your previous date (e.g., October 1 instead of December 1): You'll have a credit and won't owe anything until your new renewal date arrives. Any remaining credit will be applied to your next invoice.
