This article describes different methods you can use to contact our Support Team.

If you have a question, suggestion, feedback, or issue, we'd like to hear from you.

Chat with us

Chat directly with the team through the Alert Labs website, Help Center, AlertAQ™ portal, and the AlertAQ™ app. Our live chat is monitored weekdays from 8am to 9pm EST, and weekends from 9am to 5pm EST. Holiday hours are subject to change.

Website and Help Center

Look for the orange icon, located in the bottom right corner of this page, and click on it to start a conversation.

AlertAQ™

You can also reach us through the AlertAQ™ platform and the AlertAQ™ app. Select the Help option from the left sidebar or footer, respectively.

A new box will appear at the bottom right corner. Here you can search for articles in our Help Center, or select "Send us a message" to talk with a support agent.
